Qualifications:

• Licensed Master or Journeyperson Electrician in Maryland
• 5-10 years of experience into commercial.
• Strong technical background in electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to train and mentor others.
• Excellent project management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments as the team grows.
