Job Summary

At Evelab Insight, we empower clients with AI-driven solutions that transform their operations. As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll work closely with Account Manager to be the trusted advisor ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes with our platform. You’ll bridge technical capabilities with business goals, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and training: Guide new clients through setup, ensuring smooth adoption and confidence in using Evelab Insight tools.
  • Relationship management: Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients, acting as their advocate within Evelab Insight.
  • Pain Point Identification: Identify client pain points, design and develop tailored solutions that maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Solution optimization: Track client usage and outcomes, proactively addressing risks and surfacing insights.
  • Upsell and expansion: Spot opportunities to introduce new features or services aligned with client goals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Feedback loop: Capture client insights to inform product development and service improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • With a background in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field — equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and API workflow to comfortabtly discussing how these technologies impact client operations.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to translate technical concepts into practical business language.
  • Analytical mindset: comfort with data interpretation and workflow mapping.
  • Problem-solving ability: proactive, resourceful, and client-focused.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to support cross-cultural communication and global client engagement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Background in Beauty or Beauty Tech industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Passion in Skin Care and willingness to learn about the beauty industry.

Work Environment

  • Location: Remote, US West Coast
  • Travel: Up to 30% of travelling.
