What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive general dentistry.
• Perform diagnostics, restorative procedures, and preventive care.
• Manage a high patient volume while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.
• Present tailored treatment plans with clarity and confidence.
• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure top-tier patient experiences.
• Maintain compliance with all state, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
• Leverage modern dental technology to optimize outcomes.

What You Bring: 

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Arkansas dental license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Clinical proficiency in restorative procedures and patient care.
• Strong communication skills and leadership mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Russellville, AR prior to start.
