Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team, responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and managing budget estimates for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent analytical skills to ensure accurate project costs.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather essential project information.
- Assess project risks and provide recommendations for mitigating costs.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Review and revise estimates as necessary during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications - 4+ years of estimating experience at a heavy civil estimator
Benefits - Competitive Salary $100K-$140K depending on experience
