Territory: Columbus, OH and surrounding areas - Daily Travel & occassional overnight/weekend work

Position Overview:

An established organization supporting the construction and materials industry is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers through on-site equipment installation, service, and technical support. This is a remote, field-based position with frequent local and regional travel. Training, tools, and a company vehicle are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service customer equipment at job sites
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Support customers with basic equipment operation and maintenance
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and service materials
• Document service activities and communicate with internal teams
• Provide a high level of customer service in the field

Qualifications

• Mechanical or maintenance experience demonstrating technical aptitude
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job-site tasks
• Comfortable working independently and managing a field schedule
• Flexible availability to support customer and business needs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving within the assigned territory
