JOB REQUIREMENTS: We\'re hiring a licensed cosmetology professional

(cosmetologist / hair stylist) who wants a busy, professional, full-service salon environment with real paid training and a clear path to grow. We welcome everyone to apply. Week 12: standards, service flow, and hands-on coaching to build strong fundamentals Weeks 34: increasing service volume with real-time feedback on consults, timing, and finishing Weeks 58: building consistency and speed with targeted coaching based on your growth areas Everyone attends HSA: our week-long Supercuts Hair Stylist Academy with intensive haircut training and typically 10+ live models Ongoing: continued coaching and in-salon education days throughout the year What you\'ll do Deliver great guest service: consultation, execution, finishing, and recommendations Provide a range of services based on your current ability (and expand as you grow) Maintain a clean, safe, professional workstation and follow sanitation standards Work as part of a supportive team (we coach in the moment and raise the standard together) Pay and benefits Hourly pay for all hours worked, plus product commission and tips Pay increases tied to performance (reviewed regularly) Paid vacation and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Paid training that\'s truly hands-on plus ongoing coaching and skill-building throughout the year Free salon services + professional product discounts Keep what you earn: No salon charges to you no hidden fees, nothing.
