Tiello has partnered with one of the nation's leading Commercial Masonry Contractors in the Atlanta, GA area on their search for a Preconstruction Manager to focus on work in the Commercial Masonry sector, overseeing a team to put together estimates ranging in value up to $40M .

Job Title: Preconstruction Manager (Commercial Masonry Construction)

Project Types: Schools, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Retail, Restaurants, Office Buildings, Stadiums, Multifamily

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing
• Propose value engineering options to reduce project cost
• Determine costs of labor, material, and equipment
• Push the evolution of the construction documents as necessary
• Prepare conceptual estimates
• Meet and maintain bidding and work schedules
• Submit requisitions for the purchase of materials
• Compare competitive specialist and material
• Promote revenue growth by driving sales with new and existing clientele

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred.
• 5+ years Estimating and selling projects for reputable General Contractors/Subcontractors
• Commercial Masonry Experience
