Job Description

Job Summary: This person is sitting in the call center, accepting calls from call center reps, take transfers for patients who call in that need to be triaged, making recommendations, updating patients health records in the system, will recommend urgent care or emergency services if needed for escalations. No clinic exposure, strictly call center.

Required Skills :

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification - must be provided by 3rd day of employment.
• 3+ years of experience in direct patient care.
• Customer service is incredibly important for this position, patients can have long wait times, be frustrated, etc.

Nice to Have Skills / Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish, Farsi, or Pashto.
• EPIC EMR experience.

Duration : 3 months + potential extension/conversion
