Distribution Center Supervisor
Location: Elkridge, MD
We’re looking for an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a growing logistics team. If you’re hands-on, process-driven, and know how to motivate people to perform at their best, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role would pay based on experience, but could range between $82,000 - $102,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities
- Lead a team of 15–20 warehouse associates, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety to ensure company and customer standards are met
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory control and support process improvement initiatives
- Assist with client communication, reporting, and quality compliance requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of warehouse or 3PL experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams of 10+
- Working knowledge of WMS systems
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or related quality management systems; experience supporting audits or maintaining compliance preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
