The right individual for this role will be passionate about health and fitness, be outgoing with a desire to build relationships with members and clients, and possess excellent communication skills. Once a part of our team, they will be responsible for growing the gyms training business, in one of the best and highly rated health clubs in Central Florida.

Responsibilities include:

• Fitness Consultations for members.
• Sales and Floor Time to promote your Personal Training Services.
• Delivery of high quality personal training services to clients.
• Maintaining and tracking client records and progress.
• Adept at using technology - specifically our club systems, applications, etc.
• Communicate with club management and clients to assure customer satisfaction.
• Delivery of Group Training and Classes.

Beyond the traditional roles described, an Anytime Fitness trainer provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly - develops relationships with all members to improve retention. Anytime Fitness expects our trainers to possess above average customer service skills and be on a mission to provide a "surprisingly personable experience" with everyone he/she meets. Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and floor cleanliness), sales and marketing, while being proactive in the outreach to members to assist in ensuring this is a comfortable space for everyone.

This is a hourly plus commission/bonus role - and the opportunity is great for the right trainer. We offer competitive commissions, opportunities for CEC units through Anytime Fitness corporation, professional sales training and support, great club culture and much more!

Nice to haves include: Nutritional certification as well as additional specialty training certifications such as Yoga, Pilates, Senior, Women's, Weight Loss and or Corrective Exercise.
