EWC Growth is GROWING! As we continue adding dynamic Wax Specialists to our 52 centers nationwide, we’re thrilled to expand our service offerings to include laser hair removal (available at select centers). We’re searching for one of our first LPNs to join our NYC team and help shape this exciting new chapter. In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise and aesthetic skill to deliver exceptional care, ensure safety, and help clients achieve smooth, confident results. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to establishing best practices for our growing laser program.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all laser hair removal treatments in alignment with established medical treatment protocols and safety standards.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, product recommendations, and realistic expectations to support long-term results.
• Integrate a consultative approach to care by confidently recommending treatment packages and skincare products that align with each guest’s goals and clinical needs.
• Document all treatments accurately and professionally in patient charts, maintaining full compliance with HIPAA and EWC Growth values.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space, prepping between clients and upholding infection control standards.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations about their treatment goals and recommend additional service areas.
• Perform daily laser maintenance, including cleaning and reporting any irregularities to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Training to refine protocols and support onboarding for future LPN hires.
• Conduct independent skin and hair assessments to determine optimal treatment parameters and ensure safe, customized outcomes.
• Utilize strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to recognize contraindications, evaluate treatment responses, and adjust as needed.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (preferred) or Licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist with laser experience (required)
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding guest care and maintaining the highest clinical standards
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to maintain confidential medical and personal information in accordance with HIPAA
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to make sound independent clinical decisions
• Comfortable conducting consultations to understand guest needs, preferences, and potential sensitivities or contraindications
• Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment that balances professionalism with positivity
• Approaches each day with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to support others and represent the EWCG culture
