Must have J.D. or foreign equivalent and 5 years of experience with: (i) advising corporate clients on complex cross-border and multijurisdictional M&A related to companies located in Latin America; (ii) advising private equity sponsors on a variety of funds and transactional projects in Latin America; (iii) drafting and negotiating transaction documents for M&A deals for both private equity clients as well as strategic clients; (iv) coordinating and supervising local and multijurisdictional due diligence teams; (v) preparing legal memoranda and analyzing the legal feasibility of transactional structures; (vi) participating in tax structuring of M&A transaction.
