This is a full-time, on-site role located in Plano, TX, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of flooring projects, including planning, organization, and executing project timelines. Key responsibilities include managing logistics, expediting materials, inspecting project progress, and ensuring projects meet quality and budget requirements. The role requires close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Project Management experience with the ability to plan, oversee, and execute project timelines effectively
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources
• Expertise in Inspection to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Strong understanding of Logistics Management for project organization and efficient material handling
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX and manage on-site teams
• Previous experience in the commercial flooring industry or construction is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
