Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and train Associates to meet Donatos’ quality standards.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Interact enthusiastically with customers and resolve any complaints.
• Manage food, labor, and costs effectively.
• Model and enforce performance standards for the team.

Requirements:

• 1-year experience as a Shift Lead or Manager in a restaurant.
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and relevant certifications.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
